In this time of Covid-19 you've probably seen lots of images of online meetings like this...
.
That's me in the Mr. Brady spot but I pixelated the image because I didn't have anyone's permission to use their image. (upon further review it seems that I am actually in the Mrs. Brady spot)

Imagine a group like that but instead of one person making a presentation, you get time in the HOTSEAT getting ideas/help from everyone else in the group...

1) If it's your first time, you'll give a quick introduction - 30 seconds

2) Then you tell the group something you're grateful for or celebrating - 30 seconds
.
3) Then you tell us a challenge or current initiative you need support with
.
4) You might get clarifying questions from the group
.
5) You are then offered connections, resources, opportunities, people, systems, suggestions, etc. from others in the group.

6) Work with each other to create accountability, support, whatever you need to ensure that you take action towards your goals until you succeed.

There is no charge to be a member of this group.

There is no industry exclusivity.
.
There is no requirement to ever get into the HOTSEAT.  Some people join just to be helpful and that's great!

There is no requirement to attend any particular meeting.

But, and this is a big one, you should realize you will get a TON of ideas from just listening to the HOTSEATS of other people.

For that reason alone, you should try to attend as many meetings as possible.

The only requirement is that you be a good person....helpful, attentive, respectful etc.

In other words everything that commercial real estate agents aren't.
